What will I receive in the box?
We designed The Darling Box to facilitate connection with others. The Darling Box will be filled with everything you need to curate a meaningful gathering. When The Darling Box goes live, you’ll be able to see each item in the box.
The Darling Box is coming soon! Box quantities are limited and being on the waitlist means you’ll be the first to know when they go on sale. Keep watching for email updates!
When will the boxes ship?
The Darling Box will open for preorders very soon. After that, we expect boxes to ship the beginning of August. There’s a gap between preordering and shipping so that we can manage our inventory properly. We stock some of the items after preorders close. If we sell 500 boxes, or 5,000 boxes, that is a big difference in how many of each item we need to order! We promise it’ll be worth the wait!
How do I change my address?
Just send us a message at email@example.com and we’ll make the update for you. Please remember to provide your full address, and let us know when the change should be made effective!
Do you ship internationally?
We are so grateful to have members of the Darling community in so many corners of the world and wish we could hand deliver The Darling Box to everyone! However, we currently only ship this product to the US and Canada. If information regarding shipping locations ever changes, we will be sure to update the Darling community.
How do I change my billing method?
Send us a message at firstname.lastname@example.org with the best time to call you and a good phone number. We’ll reach out personally to make the change in a secure way!
Are subscriptions automatically renewed?
Yes, subscriptions are automatically renewed. If you do not want to be charged for your next renewal, you need to cancel at least 7 days before the billing dates. After that, you will be charged and will receive the box for that quarter.
When will my card be charged?
Your card will be charged for the 1st quarter box when you subscribe. The first Darling Box will ship in August.
Box 2 will be charged on 9/15 and ship at the beginning of November. Future renewals will happen approximately every 3 months. You will be notified prior to being charged.
What if I want to cancel my subscription?
Send us a message at email@example.com and let us know you’d like to cancel. We will make sure that happens before the next billing cycle.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
Because we must order a specific quantity of items for our boxes, we cannot offer refunds once orders have been placed.
I have a product I know Darling would love! How do I tell them about it?
