A Note From Our Guest Editor*, Estée: By Terry is one of my favourite make-up brands, I wanted to be able to share the very best products from the brand because there are so many to chose from. By Terry has some of the best quality makeup and skincare I have ever tried and all of the products smell subtly of rose. Everything can be suited to such a natural daytime look, but can also be amped up for evening. Although some of the products are a little more expensive, they are well worth the investment.
There’s no denying that I love the brand By Terry, as my love for their foundation & concealer has been well documented over on my YouTube channel. But there are so many other products which are hidden gems!
Starting with my absolute favourites, the Terrybly Densiliss Foundation & Concealer, which is all I’ve used since I first purchased it last year. If you’re after a foundation which looks just like skin, this is the one for you. Whenever I’m wearing it, I can’t feel it nor can you detect that it’s on the skin. Props to By Terry for offering such a wide range of shades too, including ones suitable for people with super pale skin and darker complexions! Pair the foundation with the concealer and it’s just the bomb.com!
Another product from By Terry which I have a lot of love for is the Hyaluronic Hydra-Powder. I typically use this for setting makeup on the days when I have applied a little more than usual, however, you can also use this on bare skin to make the it look matte. It finishes off the makeup, leaving the skin looking smooth and shine free, without drying the skin out.
The brand has also jumped onto the contour wagon by introducing the Contouring Compact, which I have been using in the Beige Contrast and Peachy Sculpt. The two small duo colours are contained in a small mirrored compact and the shades can be mixed together to use as a subtle bronzer/blush or alone to create a contoured look. Another blush I adore by By Terry has sadly been discontinued as far as I know, which is the Terrybly Rose de Rose blush. It’s a beautiful multi-tonal floral embossed blush, which achieves a soft focus light pink shade on the cheeks.
Another beloved product by By Terry are the Ombre Blackstar eyeshadow sticks, which I have been using for ages now! The shades Misty Rock and Bronze Moon are my most used, however, Midnight Forest is a new one to me which I’m determined to get used to wearing. They’re well known for a reason, as they really are a great product and perfect for people who aren’t the most confident with eyeshadow. All you need to do is smudge a little of the product onto the eyelid before blending with either a fingertip or a brush.
Since the ever-so-famous Baume De Rose was released, it has been immensely popular and the line has continued to grow. One of the latest products is the Baume De Rose Crystal with SPF 15, a travel-friendly lip balm with an applicator. It’s such a beautiful rose scented lip balm which keeps the lips hydrated for hours to come, as well as giving them a slightly gloss look (without the stickiness).
Another new launch from By Terry are the Hyaluronic Sheer Nude lip colours. Aimed to ‘inject life into a nude lip’, there are a few different colours to choose from, depending which one is your favourite nude shade. All shades look so natural, yet can be layered up for a pop of colour such as the Nude Pulp shade, a peachy pink shade or the Bare Balm is perfect for no-makeup days!

I have only recently discovered By Terry as a brand and love their products! Would recommend any of them. I’m am an avid explorer and wish to look natural (yet hate the photo results when snapped during winter when my English skin hasn’t seen sunlight in months) and so love their products for their natural coverage and durability!
