A Note From Our Guest Editor*, Estée: Beauty will always be a huge interest of mine and as I’m given the chance to try out so many beautiful collections, I always ensure that I share my favourite collections on my website. I’ve been a lover of Dior makeup for many years now and their new Spring collection didn’t let me down.

Spring is one of my favourite seasons, so naturally I always get excited about the Spring collections. Dior didn’t disappoint this year with their new ‘Glowing Garden’s collection, which is exclusive to Selfridges at the moment. I’ve been trying a few of the pieces from the new collection and I have fallen head over heels for it.

When it becomes a little warmer I’m always after a little more glow, so the Diorskin Nude Air Illuminating Powder is perfect for me. It’s a beautiful opal pearlescent embossed highlighter, packaged in a silver mirrored compact which is perfect, very luxe.

For a little colour on the cheeks, the Diorblush Vibrant Colour Powder Blush in Floral Pink is Again, it’s embossed with glorious flowers from the spring garden and comes with a small angled brush which is not only extremely soft, but can be used for the highlighter too.

As for the eyes, there are two products which have attracted my attention, the first being an eyeshadow and liner duo, Diorshow Colour & Contour Eyeshadow & Liner Duo in Iris. A glitter eyeshadow in a smudge stick on one end and a dark navy liner on the other side for a slight smokey eye. To add a little definition along the lash line with just a bit of mascara, the Diorshow Pro Liner Waterproof in Taupe is the perfect soft liner.

Lastly, for the lips, there are two new offerings including the Rouge Dior Lipstick in Souffle Nude and Rouge Dior Baume in Rosebud. The lipstick smoothes the lips with a special nourishing formula and Souffle Nude is a soft pink nude, perfect for everyday or paired with a smokey eye in the evening. As it says in the name, the Baume in Rosebud is a natural lip treatment which adds a touch of pigmented colour to the lips.

Bring on the warmer weather!
