1. Taking a nap, letting the emotions and stress go for a moment to wake up and have a fresh perspective to life’s drama

  2. the beach…hearing the sounds of the waves as they hit against the shore line, while feeling the breeze and sMelling the salty air.

  3. A good night’s sleep, a yoga class, a bubble bath, and a good book if i need me time. or, a night in with a glass of wine and a healthy meal with a friend – and lots of laughs!
