Theresa Pollard

Theresa is passionate about gathering people around the table and helping folks get connected to where their food comes from. She has worked in restaurants around the US and spent seven years hosting a supper club at her loft in Downtown Los Angeles. Currently, she is on the road full time with her husband, photographer Sherman Thomas, documenting sustainable farms and telling the stories of farmers who are helping to reshape our food system.
